Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an email from Klarna with your payment information. You can manage your payments at any time using the Klarna app or by logging into your Klarna account online.

Order today and pay later within the agreed payment period.

This option gives you the opportunity to receive your order before making payment.

Split your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna

Spread the cost of your purchase over three equal interest-free payments.

  • Your first payment is taken when you place your order.
  • Your second payment is taken 30 days later.
  • Your final payment is taken 60 days after purchase.

There is no interest to pay provided you make your payments on time.

What happens if I return my order?

Once Personalise My Wedding has confirmed your return or cancellation, Klarna will update your payment schedule and process any applicable refund.

Refunds are normally issued back to your original payment method.

I've returned part of my order

If you return only part of your order, Klarna will automatically adjust your outstanding balance once we've confirmed the return.

I haven't received my order

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact Personalise My Wedding first so we can investigate.

You can also use the Klarna app to report an issue or pause your payment while your order is being looked into.
